For the times when you feel overwhelmed mentally, physically and/or emotionally, or recognize the need for a lifestyle change or emotional detox. You are looking for recovery, re-balancing and renewal. Reclaim back your sense of wellness and centered-ness. The pressure is off in this instance as we make space for personal needs and re-connection to self.

The process-oriented approach engages life’s challenges as deeply meaningful inner growth processes and the emergence of wholeness and wisdom from within. The spirit of the work honours the mystery of the human experience, no matter how difficult or unusual, as our innate guides back toward our core selves. Other than experience of overwhelm or low-states, a wide range of presenting issues including body symptoms, dreams, addictions, traumatic episodes and mental health problems and relationship situations are also possible entry points.

The approach is further supported by the coaching framework, exploring and identifying the changes that need to take place and empowering clients to complete their self-care journey by making the transformative shifts in their lives.
