Teng Nging started coaching in 2004 and is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her approach to coaching is synergized by her post-graduate training in transpersonal and Jungian psychology with the Process Work Institute (USA) and is the first qualified Process-oriented psychologist in South East Asia.

She’s known for her expertise to help clients navigate uncertain situations and turn situations of tension, challenge and complexity into synergistic opportunities and creative solutions. She has worked with clients from Asia, Europe, and the Americas in areas such as relationship building, self-awareness and behavioral change, confidence, moving on post-trauma, illness and physical malaise; work-life balance, relationships, creativity & expression, life-transitions and more. Her leadership and team coaching focuses on raising awareness of power and rank dynamics, effecting better communication, increased emotional intelligence, enhanced staff engagement and productivity.

She has a long standing passion for sharing and passing on the coaching framework. She has trained and mentored over 400 certified coaches. She is currently faculty member of Collective Change Institute, an ICF-accredited coach training institute.

She has conducted community dialogues and workshops on racism in USA and in Singapore; working with members from the LGBTQ community, and cross-cultural communication. She interned at the River’s Way Clinic (Portland, Oregon, USA) as a mental health professional as part of her graduate training.
