My Approach

Coaching relates to the client as a fully capable and whole person who can be responsible for his/her own actions and outcomes. Together, we discover your inner resources and inner compass. Translate them into real life changes and action steps towards your desired goals.

The Coach’s role is not to give solutions or answers. Instead, the Coach works in a partnership with you to support self-discovery and clarity of your situations.

In the process, you will uncover self-limiting beliefs and assumptions (a.k.a. blind spots). In return, you gain clarity to make better decisions and the momentum to take actions that fulfill your goals.

COACHING

As a qualified Processworker, I’m trained to recognize subtle clues where you where deep personal growth is trying to occur. Together, we uncover their meaning and integrate this discovery into your life. Many people find this process relieving, therapeutic and even profoundly transformational.

Processwork (aka Process-Oriented Psychology) has established applications including and not limited to individual work, therapy, coaching, organizational development, conflict facilitation, and global level work; it is taught in organisations including the United Nations.

TRANSPERSONAL PSYCHOLOGY

How I integrate Coaching and Processwork Both share similar characteristics: both use challenging situations as meaningful opportunities for discovering insights and realizations for personal growth and development; both are non-pathologizing; both are curious about the Client’s experience in the ‘here and now’ and less so about the past. Processwork gives added dimensions and depths to self-discovery while Coaching gives a robust framework for integration and creating change in life in a sustainable way.
